Puree blending

With the correct auger speed and suitable controls to balance the system, the Polar Pump can be used as an on-line blending mechanism for viscous and non-viscous products, particulates, wets and drys.
The lab unit shown here is effectively blending 2% citric acid into a fruit puree base on-line.
