At POLAR PROCESS, we welcome the opportunity
to show you how our equipment can enhance an existing
process system or solve a problem. We will test your product
in our lab, at little or no cost. You are encouraged to
attend or we will video tape the results for your analysis.

Roger Venning, President
POLAR PROCESS INC.
We are the only company manufacturing
pump feeders and extruders of this type that display the
coveted 3-A standard logo.
Polar History
POLAR PROCESS Inc was incorporated in 1992
to design and build food process equipment that would solve
difficult process challenges. The principals, led by Roger
Venning are a group of people with, collectively some 140
years of experience in the food process equipment and
systems business and all of this talent is brought to bear
on every inquiry, every design and every start-up.
In 1994, the company started to manufacture the "Polar Pump"
for the pumping of extremely viscous products and the "Polar
Extruder" followed a year later. The same year, the "Polar
Blender" was born as a device for the on-line, air-free
blending of a multitude of products. Custom-designed
equipment also became a part of our scope of work at this
time.
As the extruder business gained momentum in 1997, the
company introduced "Polar Ultrashear" ultrasonic cutting
systems to cleanly and quickly slit and guillotine the
extruded product. The use of ultrasonics then presented us
with the opportunity to design and market the "Polar
Depositor" using the same technologies.
Our intention from the start was to produce reliable,
sanitary equipment that was easy to disassemble, clean and
re-assemble and we have achieved that by designing most of
our machines such that they can be taken apart with just one
adjustable wrench! POLAR PROCESS has met the reliability
threshold with rugged and intelligent design - and has no
interest in a spare parts business.
We have addressed the sanitation and cleanliness needs of
even the most discerning processors by building equipment,
some of which goes beyond the requirements of 3-A, USDA,
CFIA, BISSC and the European Machinery Directive.
We are completely service oriented and assure you of a
return call on your application within 24 hours.
We'd be pleased to take a look at your process challenge and
offer intelligent and creative solutions.
